Established in 1974, originally as J.P.Tiritas Design Group, later in 1976 with the addition of Rakis Kikkides as TIRITAS + KIKKIDES – Architects + Engineers, and since 1993 as tiritas + tiritas, architects, the firm is primarily involved in the design of all types of buildings. The principal of the group, John Tiritas, is a registered architect since 1966 in Greece and Cyprus. The firm employs architects and draughtsmen with a vast experience, some have been with the firm since 1974, accountants and secretaries.

The firm acquires the services of Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Sound Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors among a number of reputable Cyprus and foreign consulting offices, who always work in close collaboration with the architects and under their guidance. Furthermore there are two independent design groups belonging to the firm who prepare the Interior design and the landscaping.
