The Sporting Club of Limassol bought a plot of about 400 s.m. next to a large municipal piece of land which was leased for a long period. In the plot the Clubhouse was erected and on the municipality piece 6 clay tennis courts were built. The project started in 1982 and was completed in phases 8 years later.
