This development was built in stages on a 54,000 sq. meter piece of land. Originally the program included 48 shops, 11 apartment buildings and an 8 floor 200 serviced flats hotel. On the first phase the shops and 4 apartment buildings were erected followed by the completion of Santa Barbara Village 1 & 2 that replaced 7 apartment buildings.
The part of the Service Flats building was traded to another developer who built a number of Apartment blocks.
